There is an experience that nobody is indifferent because you will know how to make our traditional sausages.

It is one of the most gastronomic dishes appreciated by local people and by people who visit us.

In the Central Portugal, you will learn how it is made, from the pork till the traditional sausages manufacture.

After accompanying the entire process, nothing is better than have a meal with locals, where pork is the star and finally we will enjoy these delicacies.

In the North, the traditional smokehouse program takes place at the Gerês so participants can learn how to make sausages by hand and can also see a traditional smokehouse home.

Participants will have the opportunity to make the tradicional Chouriço and the famous Alheira, accompanying the entire process, from the preparation of the meat until the smoking process.

This experience includes a home made meal in producer's home, where you can taste the tradicional sausages.
