BREAD MAKING EXPERIENCES
An experience that brings you into contact with one of the most important products of traditional cuisine - Portuguese bread -, the base of typical Portuguese food and once, the only food of the very poor families.
The activity may include a visit to a working mill in the West Region or can be held in a Wine Estate. It can also be done with our local bakers, either in Lisbon or in Porto.
You'll then participate in every step of the bread making, from kneading to baking and of course, tasting!
It’s always possible to take advantage of the rural environment in which the activity is inserted and also to include visits or other activities in the experience. Please contact us for suggestions.
